My Choice 
Every day you make as many as 100,000 choices. Some are conscious and others are programmed and seem automatic. If you are driving in your car and see a red light you will make a seemingly automatic decision to press on the brake. It is also estimated that the average individual makes over 400 choices each day in reference to food and exercise. Some choices are as simple as stairs or elevator, hamburger or salad, soda pop or water, and others are more complicated like, if I move my 3:30 appointment to 4:00 I can squeeze in a workout. As society becomes more and more based on convenience we are bombarded with more and more choices. These choices are sometimes so overwhelming that we fall into the temptation of a comfy couch and a tasty burrito, rather than an intense workout and a nutritious apple.
