This program is an intense, twelve-week cardio and weight training program sure to produce results.   We’ll help you implement a comprehensive, personalized nutrition, weight training, and aerobic conditioning program that will stimulate your metabolism, burn fat, increase lean muscle and help you firm and tone your body. 

If you’re ready to transform your body, commit to 36 personal training sessions with a Results Certified Personal Trainer, and in three months, you can improve the way you look and more importantly—the way you feel.

Our 12-Week Transformation Program includes:

  • Wellness Consultation
  • Three Fitness Assessments (Week 1, 6, & 12)
  • Dietary Evaluation & Recommendations
  • Weight Management Program (3-Month)
  • 36 Personal TrainingSessions (3 days/week) designed and supervised by a Certified Personal Trainer
  • Weekly Accountability Consultations

Results Custom Fitness will bring everything you need – the equipment, motivation and guidance – to produce customized workouts that get you results. Our personal training sessions are 60 minutes long and are designed to be safe, progressive and challenging – no two are exactly alike.
