
Personal Training (3 days/week)
During your 12-week transformation program, you will work with one of our certified personal trainers three days a week.
Your personal training sessions will be 60-minutes long. They will be safe, progressive and challenging – no two are exactly alike. Your personal trainer will help you implement your Weight Management Program and will hold you accountable to your programming.
Unlike any other personal training organization, Results Custom Fitness provides equipment that is comparable to what you would use in a gym. It has been designed for quick and easy set-up and removal, and allows for safe, effective workouts that address cardiovascular conditioning, strength, balance, agility and flexibility.
