Your journey to healthier living begins with knowing where you want to go, how you're going to get there, and what tools you'll need along the way. Our Weight Management Program will give you a comprehensive “toolbox” to help you achieve your fitness goals.
This three month program will be developed from data collected during your Wellness Consultation, Dietary Evaluation and Fitness Assessment. It will be both personalized and realistic.
Your program will include the following components presented to you in a Custom Fitness Manual:
