
Personal Training (4 sessions)
Our personal training sessions are 60-minutes long and are designed to be safe, progressive and challenging. We will guide you through the workouts provided in your Weight Management Program to ensure that you feel confident about how to safely and effectively implement them on your own.
We can teach you how to use your own fitness equipment at home or at the gym (provided that we have permission from the facility), or we can utilize our *state-of-the-art equipment - it's up to you! Our goal is to educate, empower and inspire you to make a long-term commitment to your health.
*Unlike any other personal training organization, Results Custom Fitness provides equipment that is comparable to what you would use in a gym. It has been designed for quick and easy set-up and removal, and allows for safe, effective workouts that address cardiovascular conditioning, strength, balance, agility and flexibility.
